Who We Are

FitnessCalc is a free fitness calculator website operated by WellerDeveler. Contact us at privacy@wellerdeveler.com.

Data We Collect

Calculator Inputs: All fitness calculations (BMR, TDEE, macros, body fat, etc.) are performed entirely in your browser. No calculator input data is sent to our servers. We have zero access to the numbers you enter.

Profile Data: If you choose to save a profile (age, weight, height, goal), this data is stored only in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device.

Coach AI Chat: Messages sent to our AI Coach are processed through a serverless function and forwarded to OpenAI for response generation. We do not store chat messages. OpenAI's data usage policy applies to the processing of these messages.

Cookies and Analytics

Google AdSense: We display advertisements through Google AdSense, which uses cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

localStorage: We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember your theme preference, unit preference, saved profile, and quiz scores. This data stays on your device.

Third-Party Services

• Beehiiv -- newsletter sign-ups (if you subscribe)

Affiliate Links

Some pages contain affiliate links to fitness tools and services. These are clearly disclosed. Clicking an affiliate link may set cookies from the affiliate partner's website. We earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data through our calculators, there is typically nothing to delete. If you have subscribed to our newsletter or sent a message through the contact form, you may request deletion by emailing privacy@wellerdeveler.com.

Children's Privacy

FitnessCalc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
