By using FitnessCalc (fitness.wellerdeveler.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

FitnessCalc provides free, browser-based fitness and health calculators including BMR, TDEE, macro, body fat, ideal weight, one rep max, pace, heart rate zone, protein intake, and calorie deficit calculators. The site also includes educational blog content, a wellness quiz game, and an AI chat advisor ("Coach").

3. Not Medical Advice

FitnessCalc is for informational and educational purposes only. The calculators, articles, quiz results, and AI Coach responses do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise program, or making changes to your health regimen.

4. Accuracy

Our calculators use peer-reviewed equations (Mifflin-St Jeor, Harris-Benedict, Brzycki, Karvonen, US Navy method, etc.). While these are the most widely validated formulas available, individual results may vary based on factors not captured by the equations. The results are estimates, not guarantees.

5. AI Coach Disclaimer

The Coach AI chat feature provides general fitness and wellness information. It is powered by artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Do not rely on Coach for medical, dietary, or exercise advice without verifying with a qualified professional.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) misuse the AI Coach for non-fitness purposes; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits; (c) scrape or copy content; (d) use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on FitnessCalc is owned by WellerDeveler. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Affiliate Links and Advertising

FitnessCalc displays advertisements through Google AdSense and includes affiliate links to third-party fitness products and services. These are clearly disclosed per FTC guidelines. WellerDeveler may earn commissions from affiliate purchases at no additional cost to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

WellerDeveler is not liable for any damages arising from use of FitnessCalc, including but not limited to: reliance on calculator results, AI Coach responses, or information in blog articles. Use the site at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
